Our Story

The Lampe Berger was initially designed in 1898 by pharmacy dispenser Maurice Berger to purify hospital air. Its rapid popularity led to redesigns by esteemed designers and endorsements from celebrated figures in the art world, including Coco Chanel, Picasso, Colette, and Jean Cocteau. The lamp eventually incorporated a fragrance diffusion function, establishing itself as a style icon appreciated for both its elegant form and subtle scents.
